I created this caviar concept with one simple idea: caviar should be for everyone. It shouldn’t feel intimidating, overly formal, or reserved for special occasions. I wanted to make enjoying caviar easy, approachable, and fun - beautifully presented, thoughtfully curated, and accessible to enjoy anytime.
